Turn on the oven at 170 C degrees. Grease and coat lightly
with flour a round cake pan.
Beat 200 gms of flour, 125 gms of melted butter, 2 eggs,
100 gms of sugar into a mixing bowl. Once a uniform dough
is formed put it in the cake pan. Bring it to the oven for
around 25 minutes or until is cooked. While it cools down,
mix in another bowl the sugar, egg, coconut and two drops
of vanilla bean extract. Leave it aside.
