5 oz vanilla pudding powder (just the powder, don’t actually make the pudding)
½ tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Dash of cinnamon
Instructions
Mix the first four ingredients together with a
spatula until everything is mixed evenly. Let
it chill in the fridge for a few hours. If you
want to get fancy, cut off the top of a small
pumpkin and hollow it out for a festive serving
bowl. Otherwise just use a regular serving
bowl and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
I like it with ginger snaps, but you can also use
apple slices, Nilla wafers, graham crackers, etc.
use two 8oz containers if you like it a little
less pumpkin-y
