In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter;
stir in brandy and lemon juice. Discard
giblets from hen. Sprinkle hen with seasoning
salt and place skin side down on broiler rack.
Brush hen with brandy mixture. Place in
broiler about 9 inches from heat, broil hen 40
to 45 minutes, turning occasionally and basting
with brandy mixture until the hen is fork
tender.
