Cook bacon in non-stick skillet on medium for 10
min. or until crisp. Drain. Add potatoes to
skillet cook 5 minutes or until brown. Combine
eggs, milk and mustard in small bowl.
Pour evenly over potatoes and bacon, cover. Turn
heat to low, cook 8 minutes more or until eggs are
set. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover until cheese
melts. Cut into wedges.
