1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley (Or 1 Tablespoon of Dried Parsley)
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 - 14 oz Cans of Chicken Broth
Instructions
Melt butter in frying pan.
Measure out barley and cover with water. Stir. Drain. Add barley, onions, parsley and almonds
into the frying pan.
Saute the following together- barley, almonds, onions, parsley, green
onions, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture into baking dish. Add chicken broth and stir to blend.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees in oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
