Put olive oil in a large soup pot. Season beef with salt and
pepper brown on all sides. Don't overlook.
2. Cut vegetables into cubes. Add broth, 1 onion, 1 piece of
celery, and 1 carrot to beef and cook on low heat 1 hour.
3. Add 1 can of tomatoes cut up including the juice.
4. Add bay leaves, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook 30 minutes
on low heat.
5. Cut carrots into bite size pieces, peel and dice turnip.
6. Add carrots, turnip, onion, celery, garlic and green beans.
Cook for 20 minutes on low.
7. Add cabbage and kale and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
8. Serve
