Mom's Taco Salad with Catalina

1 lb ground beef
|
|
1 envelope taco seasoning
|
|
1 can ranch style beans, drained and rinsed
|
|
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
|
|
1/2 head lettuce, torn into small pieces
|
|
1 tomato, cut into small chunks (can add more if you prefer)
|
|
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
Bottle of Catalina salad dressing
|
|
8 oz package of corn chips
|
|
|
|
1 can kernal corn (optional)
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Brown the ground beef, adding the taco seasoning in
towards end. Remove from heat and drain, if
needed.

|
Mix together beans, corn, lettuce, tomato and cheese to
cooled ground beef.
|
|
|
Add an 8 oz package of corn chips. I like to
lightly crush some of the larger chips into bite
size pieces.
|
|
|
Thoroughly mix and add Catalina dressing to join
moisten.
