Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a
boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or
until al dente; drain.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground
beef, onion, and garlic; add diced tomatoes and
simmer for a few minutes. In a small bowl,
combine cream cheese, and sour cream; mix well.
In a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish,
spread ¼ cup of meat mixture on bottom. Layer
with some egg noodles, cream cheese mixture and
meat sauce. Repeat layers ending with meat sauce;
top with Cheddar cheese.
