Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Scrub the potato
and prick it with a fork a few times to prevent
steam from building up and causing the potato to
explode in your oven.

Rub olive oil over the potato skin. Sprinkle salt
or seasoned salt over skin. NOTE- You can skip
this step if you don’t eat the skin, or if you
don’t like your potato skin soft). Wrap in
aluminum foil. Bake for 1 ½ hours.

Let cool a little, as it will be piping hot when
you open the foil package. Slice across the top
and squeeze open a little. Fill with your
favorite toppings.

|
Kirsten prefers sour cream and cheddar cheese.
However, you can use bacon bits, bacon, chives,
chili or taco meat… just about anything.
