Mix together egg and milk. Soak the fish in the milk mixture. Roll the
fish in bread crumbs.
Layer the fish in a baking dish. Sprinkle chopped onions on top. Pour
the milk and egg mixture over top of the fish. Shred cheese and
sprinkle on top of the milk mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
