Slice steak horizontally and pound out thin.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder and
salt and pepper.
Mix together bread crumbs with the olive oil.
Spread mixture on the steak.
Layer on the ham and cheese.
roll up and tie with string.
Seal in a plastic wrap and allow to set overnight,
or at least several hours.
Grill and enjoy!
