In double boiler, melt butter. Blend in flour and stir until smoothly
mixed. Slowly add, while stirring, chicken broth and rosemary. In
heavy pan, boil and reduce until mixture heavily coats spoon. In
double boiler, place 1/8 teaspoon ( I use much more) chipotle paste.
Slowly add in broth mixture, continually stirring until smoothly
blended. Keep warm in covered double boiler until roasted chicken is
done.
