In blender put garlic, dill, onion, salt pepper
onion plus 1/4 cup of water and blend until
smooth.
Add egg and starch or flour to meat and mix then
add the contents from the blender and mix
thoroughly.
For the sauce put crushed tomatoes in pan with
salt garlic and cook down. If sour add 1
tablespoon honey and some lemon juice. Add the
meat balls and cook down for 30 minutes or until
done.
Garnish with fresh dill and sour cream if
desired.
