6 ozs. or half a can of Coconut Milk, stir before using
2 Tablespoons of Sweet Chili Sauce
1/4 teaspoon of Kosher Salt
1 1/2 cups of Jasmine Rice
2 1/4 cups of water
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 18-20 minutes. Do not lift the lid to check on rice.
Quick Meal Tip- Mix Coconut Milk, Sweet Chili Sauce, and Salt in a small freezer ziplok. Freeze. When ready to use, thaw, and add to rice and water. This really dresses up any Asian or Curry dish.
