In saute mode of Instant pot, melt butter and stir in garlic.
Cook until garlic is translucent and starting to soften. Add
cream, broth, salt, pepper and chicken. Cook on high for 2
hours.
Remove chicken and stir in pasta and both cheeses. Cook
for 15 minutes, then stir the pasta. Cover and cook an
additional 15 minutes until pasta is tender.
While the pasta cooks, slice the chicken into bite sized
pieces, then stir back into the cooked pasta and sauce to
serve.
