1 package of aldi chicken sausage (fully cooked multiple flavors)
1 of each (yellow, red, orange pepper)
sauce (pasta sauce, alfredo sauce, etc. should be low carb)
salt and pepper
parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
To prep- Chop all of your peppers, slice your
chicken sausage, and spiralize your zucchini.
Heat olive oil in pan with salt and pepper and
saute peppers until they are cooked to your
liking. Set peppers aside.
Add chicken sausage into pan and saute until
brown. Add peppers back into pan
