Mom's Tip- I grind half a tomato and quarter to half an onion with masala
Instructions
Clean, wash and de vein the prawns. Grind the masala ingredients into
a fine paste. Scrape the skin of the mangoes and cut into medium
pieces.
In a vessel cook the prawns with little water adding tomato and salt
as per taste. Add the mango pieces to the prawns add the masala and
boil well. Adjust the consistency of the gravy by adding water if
required.
Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced onion, when slightly brown add the
curry leaves. Wait till onions turn golden brown, and then pour the
seasoning over the prawn curry.

Suggestions
Serve hot with steamed brown rice.
