1. Saute the butter, onion, carrot, celery, and a big pinch
of salt for about 5 minutes until they're soft and sweet.
2. Add the garlic, thyme, oregano, and basil. Cook for 1
minute.
3. Add the broth, meat, and noodles.
4. Place lid, close vent, and set Soup setting for 4
minutes.
5. Quick release.
6. Stir in your chopped green onion and spinach
7. Salt and pepper to taste.
