10 oz package mushrooms, quartered OR 14 oz. canned bits and pieces mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 C. beef broth
3 C. dry penne pasta
Salt and pepper
4 oz. cream cheese, cut into small pieces at room temperature
Instructions
Set instant pot on saute setting. Brown beef with garlic,
drain off excess fat.
Stir in onion, mushrooms, mushroom soup, beef broth,
pasta, salt and pepper. Stir well.
Place lid on pot, lock. Pressure cook for 6 minutes on high.
Release valve and remove lid. Fold in cream cheese until
melted. ( will take about 15 -20 minutes)
Fold in cream cheese until melted.
