Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Blend them with the tomatoes until smooth. Pour all back into saucepan. Add everything except butter and milk. Cover and simmer 8 minutes, then remove from heat and stir in butter and milk. Makes about 6 cups.

Serve over noodles or rice and topped with grated cheese. Yum!
