Preheat oven to 425 and cook on the 2nd highest rack.

Mix Flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a food processor and pulse.
Add shortening. Pulse 4 - 5 x's
Add Butter. Pulse 4 - 5 x's
Add Cheese. Pulse 2 - 3 x's
|

|
Pour in Milk and pulse until it becomes a moist shaggy dough.
Place in a bowl and kneed until it just comes together.

|
Drop dough on a lined baking sheet in 1/4 Cup portions, 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
