1. Wisk together all dipping sauce ingredients, set aside.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add ginger, garlic, green onions, carrot , and red pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes
3.combine chicken broth, soy sauce and sugar. Add to skillet with cabbage. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sesame oil and meat
4.Place one wonton wrapper so the corner points toward you. Place 1 tablespoon filling in the center . Roll the corner closest t you over the filling. Brush the top corner with water. Fold in the corners of wonton and continue rolling until it closes. Press to seal. Continue with remaining wontons
5. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add egg rolls and sauté until golden brown on all sides, using tongs to turn them
Once opened you should put a damp paper towel over the wonton wrappers to maintain malleability
Chop veggies according to the size of your wonton wrappers
Can change veggies and meats used
Change the recipe to suit your needs, and have fun with it
