Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray/butter the sheet.

Separate eggs. Combine yolks with cream cheese, mixing until smooth. Whisk whites and cream of tartar until still peaks form.

|
Gently fold yolk mixture into whites. Drop by spoonful onto baking sheets.
|
|
|
Bake 15-20 minutes on the middle rack until crisp and golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack.
