Instructions |

|
Cook pasta al dente and drain.
|
|
|
Heat vegetables for about 5 minutes.
|

Melt butter and add flour. Whisk over medium low for 3-4 minutes.
Add C and heat to boil
|

Mix pasta, vegetables, and liquid in casserole dish. Bake at 350 for
45 minutes.
