Combine 1 T. flour and salt; coat meat with
mixture. Heat blazer pan or chafing dish or
skillet, then add 2 T. butter. When melted, add
sirloin strips and brown quickly on both sides.
Add mushroom slices, onion, and garlic; cook 3-
4 minutes or until onion is crisp-tender.
Remove meat and mushrooms from pan.

INSTANT POT- Sear beef with onions and mushrooms in butter for a couple minutes. Sprinkle beef with flour, salt, and pepper. Stir. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Pour in 3 cups beef broth and deglaze bottom of pot. Place uncooked egg noodles in pot. Close lid and cook 4 minutes. Quick release when timer beeps. Mix in sour cream.
