4 Loaves White Bread, day-old and torn into pieces
2 Pounds Sausage, browned and drained
5 Stalks Celery, chopped
Bell Seasoning, to taste
2 Cans Chicken Broth, as needed
4 Eggs, beaten
1 Whole Onion, chopped
Instructions
Put 3 loaves of torn bread into a large bowl. Pour in enough chicken broth to moisten the bread.
Add the celery, onion, at least 1 Tablespoon of Bell Seasoning, sausage, and eggs. Stir well,
adding more bread pieces as needed to avoid a sloppy wet texture. (Use chicken broth and
bread in proportion to the desired consistency of the stuffing.) Stuff the turkey cavity and put
leftover stuffing around the outside of the bird. Bake the turkey with stuffing.
