IN a nonstick skillet, cook beef, onions, and garlic until meat is no longer pink. Stir in the tomatoes,
spaghetti sauce, and mushrooms. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 30
minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
Place half of the cooked pasta in an ungreased pan. Top with half of the meat sauce, sour cream, and
provolone cheese.
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more or until
lightly browned on top.
Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
