Combine and place in a greased baking dish the rhubarb, sugar, flour.
Crunch Topping-
Combine brown sugar, uncooked oats, and flour.
Cut in butter and Crisco shortening until the topping resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle atop rhubarb filling.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
Serving
Suggestions
Serve warm with whipped cream and/or ice cream.
