Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda into a mixing bowl.
In a separate mixing bowl, cream butter with sugar until well-blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
Add flour mix alternately with the sour cream to the creamed mixture. Blend well to make a thick batter.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoon, 4 inches apart, on greased cookie sheets. Press each drop into a 2
inch round cookie.
Sprinkle each cookie with the cinnamon-sugar mix.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.
Remove from cookie sheets and cool completely on wire racks.
