1 clove pressed garlic, or roasted garlic is really good
1/4 cup roasted Tahini or garlic Tahini
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil, plus more for garnish
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp kosher salt
pine nuts, or roasted garlic, or roasted red peppers something to go on top
paprika not smoked
Instructions
Rinse and remove hulls from chick peas for a
smoother easier to digest hummus. Combine all
ingredients except the last in a food processor
and blend until proper consistency. Put into
serving or storage container. Sprinkle with
paprika. Add something to the top center like
pine nuts, or diced roasted vegetables. Google
for topping ideas. Refrigerate
Serve with fresh dipping vegetables, corn chips or
favorite crackers.
