1. Mix refried beans in a bowl with 1 T. water
and 1 tsp. canola oil for 5 minutes. Pour
mixture onto a large tray end to end.
2. Mix sour cream with pepper and chili powder;
pour mixture directly on top of beans end to
end. 3. Pour salsa onto sour cream.
4. Generously cover with half of the cheeses.
5. Dice tomatoes and carefully place pieces
over cheese.
6. Spread remaining cheese over tomatoes.
7. spread olives over cheese.
8. cube avocados and place over entire tray.
