Place onion, garlic and Serrano peppers in iron skillet. Drizzle
with olive oil. Cook over medium high heat until roasted.
Put tomatoes and roasted vegetable soup in food processor. If
you are worried about the heat, you may want to hold out 1
pepper st this point. Add salt and cumin and blend until slightly
chunky. Add cilantro and lime juice. Pulse until cilantro is
chopped.
Taste and adjust the seasoning and heat to your preference.

Suggestions
You can substitute 4 ;fresh tomatoes for the canned. Roast tomatoes with other veggies if you use this option.
