1. Heat sesame oil and canola oil in a large
skillet
2. add in chicken and saute until fully cooked
3. add in garlic and ginger and saute for 1-2
mins
4. in a medium bowl combine soy sauce, brown
sugar, bourbon and rice wine vinegar
5. add sauce to chicken and bring to a simmer,
cook for 2-3 mins
6. in small bowl whisk together cornstarch and
wter
7. slowly add cornstarch mixture to sauce and
stir frequently until thickened, 2-3 mins
8. serve immediately
