1. combine flour, sugar, salt and yeast
2. add milk egg and butter
3. stir until just starts to combine the switch
mixer to dough hook
4. mix on low speed for 5 mins
5. kneed dough for 5 mins
6. lightly brush dough with small amount of oil
then cover and let rise until double in size
7. grease a muffin pan and set aside
8. in a small bowl combine the sugar, brown
sugar and cinnamon and set aside
9. place dough on a work surface and roll out
to a 12x10 rectangle
10. spread with softened butter then sprinkle
with reserved sugar mixture
11. roll the dough starting with longest side,
seal the edge
12. cut dough into 12 1 inch rounds and place
one round in each muffin well
13. cover and let rise in a warm place until
doubled in size (20-30 mins)
14. bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 mins
15. let cool for 5 mins
16. combine all icing ingredients in a small
bowl
17. drizzle over the top of each muffin
