In a medium sized sauce pan, whisk ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes; stir frequently because this sauce has a lot of sugar which will scorch if you do not stir. Plus constant stirring is required to break up the mustard. Make sure the mustard is completely immersed; you do not want clumps.

If you are using this sauce by itself you will want to add 4 oz of tomato sauce. If you are combining this sauce with a red BBQ sauce leave out the tomato sauce.

My preference is to double this recipe and mix it with one jar of Bone Sucking Sauce Thicker Style Hot and omit the tomato sauce completely.

Allow to cool, put in a container and store in the refrigerator.
