In large mixing bowl cream together egg yolks and sugar. Mix in
cornstarch, cocoa powder, and salt. Add milk and stir gently.
Pour in glass bowl. Microwave for 8-9 min. stirring EVERY 2 min. until
bubbly and thickened. Stir in butter and vanilla. Cool slightly then
pour into shell. Chill well before serving. Garnish with whipped
topping.
