l lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts..about 1inch thick
1/3 c plain nonfat yogurt
3 T low sugar apricot jam
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
Instructions
375. Arrange chicken on sprayed pan. Bake uncovered for 20
min, spoon rest of ingredients over chicken. Bake 10 min or
until chicken is no longer pink and sauce is heated. I spooned it
on the chicken and baked it. nice flavor
