bone broth - chicken or beef. I use chicken that I make with a whole chicken carcass
add a lot of herbs - oregano, thyme, rosemary, herbs de provence, bay leaf (remove at end)
add vegatables- uncooked
kale, butternut squash, corn, black beans, white beans, portobello mushrooms
add pre-cooked or uncooked protein - chorizo, chicken sausage, keilbasa
Before using chorizo or chicken sausage or something with a significant casing - slit down opposite
sides and remove. Use serrated knife to slice
Instructions
Cook araomatics in avocado oil until soft. Add broth. Add herbs.
Add uncooked vegetables. Add protein. Add canned beans if desired. Add kale to steam
on the top.
Simmer about 45 minutes or more until veggies and meat are cooked and kale is
steamed.
