One, 10 oz bag frozen seasoning blend (onion, peppers and celery)
Two, 15.8 oz cans Bush's Best Great Northern Beans, undrained
One, 32 oz container of chicken broth
2 Cups Ragu Homestyle Thick and Hearty Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 Cup fresh crinkle cut carrots
1 Cup canned cut green beans
1 tsp. dried italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Cup large sea shells pasta
Grated Parmesan
Italian Bread (optional)
Instructions
Cut bacon into small pieces. Preheat soup pot on medium-high for 2-
3 minutes. Place olive oil in pot, then add the bacon. Cook and stir
until crispy. Remove bacon from pot, reserving 2 Tbl. bacon fat. Set
bacon aside as topping for the soup.
Stir in garlic and the seasoning blend and cook for 3 minutes, stirring
constantly. Stir in beans, broth, pasta sauce, carrots, green beans,
italian seasoning and pepper. Cover and bring to a boil.
Stir in pasta and cover. Return to boiling. Remove lid and reduce
heat to medium low. Simmer 8-10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Spoon into serving bowls. Top with cheese and chopped bacon.
Serve with bread.
