Cut mushrooms 4x4x4 in tiny bits. Sauté onions, mushrooms
and a couple cloves of crushed garlic about 5 minutes. Push
veggies to the side of the pan. In the other side of the pan
crack eggs and stir as they cook to scramble them. Mix eggs
and veggies together. Add peas and stir. Add rice, breaking
up and mixing in, adding a bit more oil if desired.
Season with soy sauce, oxo, salt, pepper and garlic powder to
taste.

This is nice done with Brown rice as a healthy breakfast. You can add carrots and celery for wholesomeness.
