Peel and devein the shrimp....Add the rest of the
ingredients to a oven safe skillet, stir and let
simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the skillet
from the heat and let cool for a couple of
minutes. Add the shrimp and toss it around so that
its fully immersed in the sauce. Cover with foil
and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 4
hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake shrimp 15
to 20 minutes. Serve over rice and sprinkle with
additional lemon juice
