|
In stockpot combine water and veggies and bring to
a boil, reduce to simmer til tender.
|

|
Add curry powder, bouillon, and cayenne pepper and
turkey breast.
|
|
|
Make a roux in small saucepan by melting butter
and slowly adding flour stirring constantly.
Slowly add cream and stir till thickened. DO NOT
BOIL.
|
|
|
Add roux slowly to turkey and veggies. Heat
through and S&P to taste.
