Instructions
Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Cream together butter, sugar and flour. Fold in pecans and salt;
stir to combine. Mixture will be crumbly, but will stick to itself.
Wet hands to keep dough from sticking to you. Roll into small balls (1/2 across). Place on
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 45 minutes
Let cool completely on baking sheet. Drizzle with chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
