Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray and heat on high while preparing ingredients.

Combine sugar and ground cinnamon. Unroll crescent rolls and sprinkle cinnamon chips over tough. Roll dough starting with long side. Pinch edges to seal. Cut dough using a serrated life into 1 inch even slices.

|
Dip each piece of dough into butter then sugar-cinnamon. Place in slow cooker evenly. Layer up the sides, leaving the center open. Pour any butter or sugar mixture on top of the rolls.

|
Turn slow cooker on low for 2 hours. You may need to rotate pieces from the edge.
