Brown hamburger, onion and salt and pepper to taste. set aside. Combine flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper, oregano and milk to make soft batter. Pour batter over prepared pan and sprinkle meat evenly over. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from over. Spread sauce and your favorite toppings, such as mushrooms, peppers, olives, or whatever you desire. Top with cheese. Bake additional 15 minutes. For thinner crust, use a jelly-roll pan. Add a little more liquid to beef up amount of batter.
