Marinate the shrimp with salt, chili , turmeric
and lime juice and set aside.

In a kadai / large frying pan add the oil.
Now on high flame fry the shrimp on both sides till
about 70 % done.

|
Put the shrimp into a plate and set aside.
Add oil to the pan (put crushed garlic if you are
using).
|
|
|
Fry the chilies and onions till the onions start
turning brown.
Add the fried shrimp to this and sauté well.
Cook till the shrimp are done.
Check salt to taste.
