Combine in large bowl. Knead with both hands into
large clump. Continue kneading about 5 minutes.
Flatten to 1/4 inch thickness in a lightly greased 15
1/4 x 11 inch pan.
With a fork press all around the edge and prick the
entire surface of the shortbread. Bake at 315 for
approximately 18 minutes( to a light biscuit color).
Cut into squares while still warm.
