     Fruity Mousse Cups

Ingredients
1 jar (540 mL) fruit cocktail with extra cherries, well drained
3/4 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (10.1g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Straw berry Jelly Powder
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup thawed cool whip light whip light whipped topping, divided
 

Instructions
Spoon fruit into 6 small glasses or dessert dishes.
Add Boiling Water to jelly powder in large bowl;sttir 2 min.until completely dissolved Add ice.Whisk 3/4 cup cool whip into jelly until well blended;spoon over fruit.
refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
