Add Boiling Water to jelly powder in large bowl;sttir 2 min.until completely dissolved Add ice.Whisk 3/4 cup cool whip into jelly until well blended;spoon over fruit.
refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Top with remaining Cool Whip.
