Mix dry cake mix with dry strawberry Jell-o.
Mix in water and oil, then mix in add eggs one at a time.
Stir in frozen strawberries, coconut, pecans.
Mix well.
Pour into three greased and floured layer cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until done.
Blend together the Frosting ingredients.
Stack cake layers by spreading a thin layer of frosting between each layer of cake.
Spread remaining frosting on sides and top of cake.
